Well, today is a milestone! I’ve hit the 90 pounds lost mark. Today’s weigh-in showed 178, which I was so happy to see after the last few weeks of mini-plateau. Last Monday was 181 (which was a pound gain from the previous) so I managed to lose it and two more.

Today’s Monday weigh-in was a little disappointing, although yesterday’s wardrobe was uplifting — not even taking the new bra into account!
I gained a pound, according to the scale, so this week’s official number is 181. <sigh>

I lost one this week. It’s Monday weigh-in and the scale showed 180. There were so many days in the last couple of weeks where the scale showed 180 but not once did it dip into the 170s. I guess I’ll have to wait for next week to see a new second number!

This week’s weigh-in results in nothing to report — well, except that the scale didn’t move. My weight fluctuated a little over the week, up and down, but the net result is the same as last Monday, 181.
