At the suggestion of another blog buddy, I tried Arnold’s sandwich thins today.  You get them at Wal-mart for about $2.50 per eight pack.  Not the most affordable, but they are yummy, come in a variety of grains, and are only 100 calories each.  Makes for a low-cal sandwich!

I love cabbage!  I like it cooked, raw, any which way!  I recently began using it as the foundation for a basic salad, substituting it for lettuce.  I add other veggies to it, spritz some balsamic or raspberry vinaigrette on the top and munch away!
