Today I’m really proud! I consumed only 1055 calories, a little too low again, but ate well. The scale is already showing me the positive reinforcement — 153 this morning — so it’s hard not to do it this way. I’ll be back under 150 before too long.

It was nice to see all of the bloated binge pounds come back off this past week. In fact, perhaps with the scant amount of exercise I sneaked in, I even lost one more! The scale this morning said 151. (It’s hard to imagine how, considering it said 159 last week at this time.)
