Well, today is a milestone! I’ve hit the 90 pounds lost mark. Today’s weigh-in showed 178, which I was so happy to see after the last few weeks of mini-plateau. Last Monday was 181 (which was a pound gain from the previous) so I managed to lose it and two more.

Today’s Monday weigh-in was a little disappointing, although yesterday’s wardrobe was uplifting — not even taking the new bra into account!
I gained a pound, according to the scale, so this week’s official number is 181. <sigh>
However, I wore my “college jeans” yesterday and not only was there no “muffin top” spilling [...]
Well, I didn’t run the whole thing (obviously from my time) but I did complete in less than 45 minutes yesterday — 44 actually — or roughly, since I didn’t use a stop watch. Now I just have to concentrate on improving my time.
