Well, the good news keeps rolling in! The scale this morning read 188, which marks another ten pounds to be rid of in the quest to lose 100. I’m 4/5 of the way there and today had another opportunity to wear my picture-taking-progress-page-updating shirt.

I have updated my Progress Photos page with another picture. This infamous blue shirt now hangs on me and falls off my shoulder when I lean to one side or the other. I don’t know if I mentioned it before, but the blouse comes with a coordinating spaghetti-strap tank that goes under it. I don’t like wearing tank tops because my arms are too flabby (and in the past I always wore the bras that have wide straps — which obviously do not look right with thin-strap tanks and camis) but I’m now reconsidering. The form-fitting cami actually looks pretty good now that my “form” has a more pleasing shape!

A couple of other things I notice about this photo:

  1. My arms are hanging straight down and don’t have to “bend” to account for the width of my torso.
  2. There is daylight between my thighs when I’m standing up straight — meaning my legs aren’t so fat that they join in the middle.

Oh, the little things that make me smile. :)

Make sure you scroll to the bottom to see the latest picture, as I have them displayed in descending order.

Even though I’m sure you want to wear the same clothes so you can see a comparison, I think you need to change them! They’re WAY too baggy on you now; you’re lost in them! Way to go!

Ha ha! You’re right. I only wear this shirt to have my picture taken and then I change into something else. :)

WHOO HOO! I agree, the clothes are too big. . . that’s always a great NSV! Congrats and have a great weekend.
