Today is Monday, and that meant weigh-in. The scale showed me 191 this morning, and I was very happy about that. The eleven pound swing from last weekend had me in tears and depressed for a few days, but fortunately it seemed to be the combination of time of the month and inconsistent sleep just as much as my poor food choices because ten of the eleven came off as quickly as they were added.

This is a new week, and with it comes high motivation for continued success. The weather this week is predicted to be beautiful, so that will mean lots of time outdoors with those I love the most.
