There were two days last week where I only got about four hours of sleep each and then there was a big family gathering/cookout yesterday. All things considered, I broke even week over week, the scale showing 194 again this morning. I’ll take that as a victory!

I couldn’t believe it. I got on the scale this morning (as I always do, because I’m neurotic about stepping on the scale) and a number below 200 was looking back up at me! I screamed for my son to go get the camera, I was so excited.
