Have you noticed my weight loss ticker on the right side of my home page? It shows how much of my goal I have lost so far. When updating it today, I was sadly made aware that the last time I updated it (meaning the last time I had additional progress, i.e. a new low weight, to report) was February 22nd. Jeez! That’s a long time to wait to see additional weight come off. Hopefully I can update that sucker a little more frequently now!


Gosh we’re so close in weight, Jennifer! I’ve been at exactly 210.4 for 5 or 6 days! How is that even possible to not change and ounce in that long!? Maybe my scale needs a new battery. I noticed the other day that when I’m working out and feeling really tired I call myself by my weight as in “C’mon 210, you can do it!”. I’m ready to change my name to 209 (or 208…207…) Ha, ha!
