You know how I’ve been complaining about the same four or five pounds going off and back on like a yo-yo? Well, I broke the 211 barrier with a surprise 209 on the scale this morning! I have been journaling food and counting calories for four days now. I don’t seem to be eating differently because of it, but we’ll see what happens the next time there is a family celebration or opportunity for sweet indulgence!

One other possible factor (it’s actually probably a combination) is that I have been averaging about 9hours of sleep at night for each of the last four nights. My body always thanks me in this way when I give it enough rest!

In any case, I’m only one pound away from 60 lost, and I’m happy about that!

    I’ll be counting them soon enough. I’m really nervous about keeping up when I’m not getting my meals prepared for me. This was an easy diet (when it was free.) Talk to you soon!
