I started the 30 day challenge again today, this time on difficulty level “Hard” where it appears to be basically the same exercises but with more reps or for longer periods of time. I burned 250 calories, or so it told me, and although the “kick-ups” on the track were strenuous, I managed to complete everything in the workout.

I’ve always read that one good way to increase metabolism is by adding time or strength to your workouts. It will be nice to see if my weight loss speeds up with the increased output during exercise!
