Thanksgiving has come and gone. I did not host the feast, so the only leftovers I had were from the veggie tray I took — nothing damaging! As a result of some good food choices, I didn’t gain any weight over the holiday!
Unfortunately, I didn’t exercise much either. I REALLY have to get on track with that. My brother, whose degree was in fitness, gave me a long list of exercises I could use to help tone muscles and reduce the appearance of the loose skin I’m accumulating.
