I am doing well with food, more or less, but I really need to commit to getting more exercise. The weight is coming off at an acceptable pace, so I really can’t complain too loudly. But, think of how much better I would be doing if I made the time to exercise!
Today, my dear hubby arranged to have the electrical outlet prepared for the treadmill (which was a barrier for me in the past) so I plan on rising early to get the exercise fit in tomorrow morning. Wish me luck!
