I haven’t posted about a recipe in a while, and I also haven’t lost my next pound in a couple of days. So, rather than fret, I thought I’d try a new recipe. I have some purple cabbage left over from a previous appetizer, so I searched for recipes using purple cabbage. I’m going to give it a shot today. It sounds like it has some zing, and who doesn’t need a little zing in a dreary, foggy Monday?
