I am a very happy camper today — I’ve reached 20% of my goal. I’m also ahead of schedule for my mini-goal of ten pounds of weight loss in September. I took a huge long walk today, mainly because I wanted to relieve a little stress before I resorted to eating. I didn’t have a pedometer on me, but I’m guessing it was about 3 miles. I took me an hour and 2o minutes. I was pretty tired when I returned, but not bad!
