I found a recipe for cabbage soup that I thought looked yummy.
INGREDIENTS
vegetable blend juice, 2 qts
beef broth, 1 can (14 oz)
diced tomatoes, 1 can (25 oz)

I love cabbage! I like it cooked, raw, any which way! I recently began using it as the foundation for a basic salad, substituting it for lettuce. I add other veggies to it, spritz some balsamic or raspberry vinaigrette on the top and munch away!
